EMDR

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a non-drug, non-hypnosis psychotherapy procedure that can help reduce the impact of traumatic experiences, recent or past, that intrude on present-day life. Rapid eye movement, a bi-lateral stimulation process, is used to help speed the client’s movement through the healing process. This therapeutic protocol is used to treat post-trauma symptoms, chronic distress, anxiety, depression, or other conditions where strong emotions are associated with life experiences.
